How to use Zophous.

Everything you need to go from raw video to published clips, step by step.

01Getting Started

  1. 1Sign in at app.zophous.ai (or create an account: the Free plan gives you 60 clipping minutes a month, no card required).
  2. 2You land on Home. The Getting started checklist walks you through your first clips, connecting TikTok or YouTube, your first post and unlocking your DNA Profile.
  3. 3Use the sidebar: Clips, Studio and Posts to create; DNA Profile and Analytics to grow; Billing and Settings for your account.
  4. 4Every main page has a "How this works" button with a short guide.

02Clips

  1. 1Go to "Clips" in the sidebar and paste a YouTube link or upload an MP4/MOV file (up to 3 GB).
  2. 2Pick the part of the video to clip and the clip type. Parts mode splits long videos into ~1:30 chapters.
  3. 3Your clips appear in a few minutes, each with a virality score. Each minute of video you clip uses one minute of your balance.
  4. 4Open a clip to edit it, or press "Post" to send it to TikTok or YouTube.

03Studio

  1. 1Go to "Studio" in the sidebar and choose Creator or Marketing mode, plus an edit template.
  2. 2Upload a video. Every moment Studio finds renders by itself. There is no approval step.
  3. 3Open a clip and it is already edited in your style. Each finished clip uses one Studio clip from your balance.
  4. 4Save your favourite edit settings as a template in One Click Edit to reuse them on every upload.

04Posts

  1. 1Connect TikTok or YouTube in Settings → Connections.
  2. 2Post a clip now, or schedule it. "Schedule all" schedules a whole clip set at once.
  3. 3"Posts" in the sidebar shows a calendar of what is going out, and when. Click a day to see its posts.
  4. 4Edit, cancel or retry a post from that day's list.

05DNA Profile & Analytics

  1. 1DNA Profile studies the TikToks you have already posted to find what goes viral for your audience: the hooks, topics, tone and visuals behind your best clips.
  2. 2To unlock it, connect TikTok and analyze at least 2 of your TikToks on the DNA Profile page (free, about a minute each).
  3. 3Each tab answers one question: Profile, Performance, Patterns, Trends, and Advisor (ask anything about your strategy). Found a winning pattern? Press "Use this recipe" and Clips will aim for it.
  4. 4"Analytics" shows TikTok and YouTube performance from your connected accounts, updated a few times a day.

06Brand Kit

  1. 1Go to Settings → Brand Kit.
  2. 2Set your brand color, font and CTA text (shown at the end of clips), and upload a logo (PNG/JPG).
  3. 3Your Brand Kit is applied automatically when Studio runs in Marketing mode.
